Hospitality and Cocktail Consultant

A true restaurant professional, Phillip started his career in his parent's small town Nevada wine and jazz restaurant as a dishwasher at the young age of 12. Since then, he has worked his way up the ranks from tourist town taverns, to cocktail bars in Los Angeles, to General Manager and Beverage Director at critically acclaimed restaurants in the Bay area.

20 years later, Phillip now wants to spread his love for cocktails and lessons learned in the industry to the masses. His goal is to not only show you the makings of a good cocktail, but how to set the scene for good times and lasting memories, be it at home, a party, or your establishment.
